ADADAでは、あらゆるデジタルアートおよびデザインに関する研究と開発・実践の新たな方向を提案する論文を広く会員より募集しております。
以下の投稿手順・執筆要項をご参照の上、ご応募ください。

■投稿の要件について

  • -筆頭著者がADADA会員であること
  • -未発表のもの，他誌へ投稿されていないものであること
  • -原則として，英語で記述されているものであること
  • -倫理・道義的な問題のないものであること
  • -著者全員が投稿に同意していること

■論文カテゴリについて

  • -原著論文[Original Article]

    • メディアテクノロジーを基盤とした、あらゆるデジタルアートおよびデザインに関する課題について，投稿者自身の研究・検討・提案を論理的・実証的にまとめた報告であり，学会員をはじめとするデジタルアートおよびデザインに関わる人とその知見を共有するに足る新規性と学術的価値を有すると認められたもの。

  • -作品論文[Art Paper]

    • デジタルアートおよびデザインに係る，投稿者自身の実践とその成果，それに対する解説文からなるもの。コンセプト，表現手法，表現技法や制作過程において独創性を有し，その成果を学会員をはじめとするデジタルアートおよびデザインに関わる人と共有する価値があると認められたもの。

  • (1) アジアデジタルアートアンドデザイン学会論文集へ掲載する原稿は、必ず「本論文執筆要項」に従って作成してください。

  • (2) 応募資格は、本学会会員の資格を有し、発表が行われる年度分を含む会費のすべてを納めている者でなければなりません。

  • (3)電子メールによる本論文提出を受け付けています。
    • メールにPDF形式とWORD形式の２種類のファイルを添付し、こちらのアドレスまで送ってください。
  • (4) 抜き刷り印刷を希望の方は、本論文採用時に申し出てください。抜き刷り印刷費は発表者負担とします。

  • (5) 論文の掲載料は、400ドルとなっております。あらかじめご了承ください。

*注意*ADADA大会用論文を提出することはできません。論文集用のFull Paperを御用意下さい。

本論文執筆要綱

以下の本論文執筆要項に従って執筆してください。

  • ■原著論文[Original Article]
    • （英語　レイアウトサンプル　PDF, WORD）

  • ■作品論文[Art Paper]
    • （英語　レイアウトサンプル　PDF, WORD）

  • (1) サイズ、原稿ページ、執筆言語
    • 原稿サイズはA4版（210mm×297mm）で、白黒で作成してください。ページ数は6ページ-10ページの偶数ページ（6ページ、8ページ、 10ページ） とし、英語原稿を基準とします。 ただし、日本の方と韓国の方は、 英語原稿と同一内容の日本語原稿・韓国語原稿を提出してください。
  • (2) 1ページ目の記述
    • 本論文の1枚目には主題目、副題目、研究代表者・共同研究者の氏名・メールアドレス、研究代表者・共同研究者の所属および役職、英文Abstract、英文Keywordを記載し、10-20mmのスペースを設けたのち、続けて本文を記載してください。また、名前の英語表記は、ラストネーム、ファーストネームの順にし、ラストネームとファーストネームの間にはカンマを挿入してください。（例：Obama, Barack H.） 1枚目のレイアウトは、原著論文と作品論文でそれぞれ異なるので、レイアウトサンプルを参考に作成してください。

  • (3) 字体
    • 使用する字体は以下のとおりです。

    • ・サンセリフ体（英文原稿の場合はHelvetica、Helvetica Neueを推奨。Arialも可）
      • 主題目、副題目、研究代表者 共同研究者の氏名・メールアドレス、研究代表者 共同研究者の所属

    • ・セリフ体（英文原稿の場合はTimes、Times New Romanを推奨。Centuryでも可）
      • 　　Abstract、KeyWord、本文、図表などのキャプション

  • (4) 英文Abstract
    • ・原著論文
      • 　本文の引用はせず、論文の内容を簡潔にまとめた300語以内の英文Abstractを 　記載してください。
    • ・作品論文
      • 　主題目、副題目につづいて、作品の画像（横幅：110mm）を挿入し、続けて論文の 　内容を簡潔にまとめた50-100語以内の英文Abstractを記載してください。作品の 　画像と題目、英文Abstractの間には、5‐10mmのスペースを設けてください。

  • (5) キーワード
    • 論文の内容を表すキーワードを最大３フレーズまで英文で記載してください。

  • (6) 本文見出し
    • 原稿には大見出し・章・中見出し・節・小見出し・項などを設け、明瞭に区分してください。「はじめに・実験方法・調査方法・考察・要約・おわりに」などの区分を設けて、記述してください。また、見出しは太字で作成してください。

  • (7)図表の挿入
    • 図表は本文から5‐15mmスペースを設けて挿入してください。本文の段組である二段にまたがった図表の配置も可能ですが、この場合、図表はページ最上部もしくは最下部に配置するようにしてください。図・写真には下部にキャプションを、表には上部にキャプションをつけて下さい。キャプションは、「図1 タイトル」のように作成し、図表番号を付加してください。

  • (8) 参考文献
    • 参考文献は引用・参照順に列記してください。文献の参照番号をつけ、角括弧（大括弧）[ ]で囲んでください。各参考文献には以下のような情報を含めるようにしてください。項目の間にはカンマを挿入してください。
    • - 著者名（英文表記でも姓名の順、姓名の間にコンマ）
    • - タイトル（英文の場合は斜体、日本語文献の場合は括弧「」で囲む）
    • - 雑誌（ジャーナル）名
    • - 出版社
    • - 巻号
    • - ページ
    • - 出版年

    ジャーナル（英文）の例：
    [1] Sutherland, I. E., Ten Unsolved Problems in Computer Graphics, Datamation, Vol. 12, No. 5, pp. 22-27, 1966.

    書籍（和文）の場合の例：
    [2] Rowling, J. K., 松岡佑子 訳, 「ハリー・ポッターと死の秘宝」, 静山社, 2008.

  • (9) データ
    • 提出するデータは、PDF形式とWORD形式の両データです。
    PDF形式に関してはこちらのPDFの作成注意を参考にして作成して下さい。

Please write full paper according to the following outlines.


  • ■[Original Article]

  • (1)Size, color, pages, and language
    • A4 size (210mm*297mm) in black and white. The number of pages must be even between 6 and 10: 6, 8 or 10pages. The text is in English in principle, though you must submit the full paper in English and also one in your own language if you are Japanese or Korean. Japanese : English and Japanese ( each even pages) Korean : English and Korean ( each even pages) The other : English (even pages)
  • (2) Description Items for the first page
    • Please describe the followings for the first page: title, subtitle, first author, Co-authors, e-mail address, institutional affiliation, abstract (in English), and keywords (in English). The body text should be placed at 10-20mm below them. About author name, please write the last name first, then put a comma (, ) between last name and first name, e.g. Obama, Barack H. Layouts of the first page are different between Original Article and Art Paper. Please refer to each layout sample.

  • (3) Fonts
    • Please use the following fonts.

    • ・sans-serif (Helvetica and Helvetica Neue are preferable. Arial acceptable.)
      • Title, subtitle, first author, Co-authors, e-mail address and institutional affiliation

    • ・serif (Times and Times New Roman are preferable. Century acceptable.)
      • 　　Abstract, Keywords, body text and captions like figures and tables

  • (4) Abstract
    • ・[Original Article]
      • 　Describe English Abstract within 200-300 words, which should be a concise summary of the contents of the paper without quoting the text.
    • ・[Art Paper]
      • 　Put a picture of your artwork (width: 110mm) below title and subtitle, then describe English Abstract within 50-100 words, which should be a concise summary of the contents of the paper. Please put 5-10mm spacing between a picture of the artwork, title and Abstract.

  • (5)Keywords
    • Describe up to three keywords in English that represent the content of thesis.

  • (6)Headline
    • Please classify the contents of full paper under the followings: big headlines, chapters, medium headlines, sections, subheads, paragraph. Besides, please describe your thesis arranging the division as following: introduction, method, discussion, summary, conclusion, and etc. Use bold-face fonts for headlines.

  • (7)Caption
    • Figures, tables and photographs should be placed with 5-15mm spacing from the body text. It is also acceptable to arrange them with spanning double column of body text. In this case, the figure or table should be placed on the top or bottom of the page. Please put the caption as the following: the bottom of figures and pictures, and the upper of tables. Captions should be written like “Figure1 Title” with the figure number.

  • (8)Reference
    • All references should be listed according to the order of the citation. Put the citation number in square brackets [ ]. Please include the following information in each reference. Please put comma(,) between items.

    • - name of the publication
    • - publisher
    • - issue
    • - page(s)
    • - year

  • (9)Data
    • The submitting data must be both Acrobat PDF and WORD format.
    About PDF, Please refer to "How to make PDF File." if you need.

    You cannot modify your full paper after our deadline.
